I suppose they think the cookie dough cigars are targeting children. Well if they are old enough to smoke by law they can smoke what they want. If they are not then it really does not matter does it. I suppose it will stop the corner cigar dealer who stands by the school corner he will be bummed. I suppose now he will have to resort to selling crack.
